Balmer Lawn Hotel is a stylish and iconic hotel offering much more than just meeting rooms for your delegates. Based in Brockenhurst in the New Forest. We have excellent transport links from Southampton and a direct train from London Waterloo, with the train station just a 10 minutes’ walk from Brockenhurst Station to Balmer Lawn. With 54 bedrooms and five main meeting spaces from 2 – 120 delegates, we are the perfect location for any event, whether it be for a meeting, conference, training event, product launch, business hospitality or teambuilding! All of our meeting spaces boast natural light, Wi-Fi, are fully air conditioned and have their own private terraces, perfect for enjoying refreshments in the sunshine. In addition to this, we have extensive leisure facilities including an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, a sauna and jacuzzi, for our conference guests to use whilst staying with us. Our Saltus Spa has six modern treatment rooms offering a wide range of massages, facials and body treatments. Conference guests are welcome to a 15% discount. Following your conference, catch up with your colleagues over dinner. We have plenty of unique spaces for private dining, from our outdoor Sylvan Pavilion to our stunning Savernake Room with floor to ceiling windows benefitting from bespoke banqueting menus and dedicated service. Alternatively, The Lodge Kitchen & Bar provides a fantastic atmosphere with its giant stretch tent, cosy blankets and festoon lights. Enjoy a rolling pizza menu, cooked in our Gozney Pizza Oven with a combination of unique toppings, perfectly crafted by our team for an original taste experience.

Spaces

Beaulieu Room

This is the largest of the Hotel’s conference and function suites catering for up to 150 delegates, the Beaulieu Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and sound system. Audiovisual equipment and full business support facilities are available. French doors open onto a private terrace and the suite can also be entered via the Conference Centre entrance or through the main hotel.
Hamble Room

The meeting room offers private bar facilities, private terrace and can cater for up to 80 delegates. The Hamble Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access. French doors open onto a private terrace.
Avon Room

It adjoins the Beaulieu Room and the Hamble Room and will seat up to 40 delegates and benefits from its own garden terrace. The Avon Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and sound system.
Savernake Room

Overlooking the Balmer Lawn’s main gardens, with separate breakout area, the Savernake has floor to ceiling windows providing excellent natural daylight and can cater for up to 60 delegates. The Savernake offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. French doors open onto a large, newly decked area providing a private terrace and garden. The room also benefits from data points allowing ADSL/ Broadband access.
Club Room

Offering private bar facilities and direct access to the Balmer Lawn’s main terrace, the Club has a pleasant ambience suitable for the smaller meeting and can cater for up to 20 delegates. The Club Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access.
