The Lodge Restaurant and Bar is our unique, outdoor, covered dining concept, where you can experience an apres-ski style lunch in the midst of the New Forest.
Equipped with outdoor heaters and fur blankets, you can delight in culinary expertise in our cosy Lodge area, while looking through our floor-to-ceiling windows onto the beautiful surroundings.
Taking in the ‘al fresco’ experience, our menus offer a seasonal take on traditional dishes.
Served between 12pm and 2:30pm for lunchtime dining, you’ll find an assortment of delightful dishes to choose from.

Join us on a relaxing Sunday afternoon in the Beresford’s Restaurant or The Lodge for locally-sourced, flavourful cuisine.
Regularly visited by locals in the surrounding area, our Sunday lunch offering creates a sociable yet peaceful atmosphere. This is the perfect space for family get-togethers or a cosy Sunday afternoon.
During your lunch, you’ll be accompanied by our friendly members of staff, along with live music, such as a pianist or saxophonist to enhance your experience.

Served from 2:30pm until 4:30pm you can divulge in our delectable afternoon tea selection.
As a highlight of our Balmer Lawn guest journey, you can enjoy a relaxed tea in The Lodge or if you’d prefer a more refined dining experience, our flexible offerings mean you can enjoy your afternoon tea in the setting of the Beresfords Restaurant.
You can choose from a traditional afternoon tea with a selection of finger sandwiches, delicious sweet treats, scones and homemade jam or upgrade to our champagne afternoon tea to enjoy an additional glass of champagne.
